I had my dog with Banfield, on their wellness plan, so when I adopted my 2nd, he went on it as well. Long story short, he had 29 teeth removed to the tune of $1800. I talked to 3 other vets after and realized that I had made a huge mistake. I showed them the detailed summery of charges and no estimate was over $600. The Vet techs are aslo on commission for any "extras" they sell, therefore they push unneeded treatments. They do their job and I believe they do care, but the $ is the driving force at Banfield.
