Beverly Hills Chihuahua Reviews

October 4, 2008 Beverly Hills Chihuahua, the latest movie about a dog is getting terrible reviews. Besides for being slammed for a movie with no substance, the movie showcases the "sport" of dog fighting throughout the movie.
This seems very inappropriate, since it is aimed at children, and also due to the recent Michael Vick case.
Several reviewers also slammed it for having negative connotations about Mexican people.
Jamie Lee Curtis, Drew Barrymore and George Lopez star in this Disney movie.
For a Disney movie you would likely expect more. I was going to pass on this movie, even before I hear the negative reviews.
The only thing this movie will do is increase the number of sales of Chihuahua puppies.
