Boxer Dog Eating Drywall, Crayons, Plastic, & Cat Poop?

I have a 6 month old dog. She's a boxer and unknown, maybe some type of racing dog. She eats a variety of things. Examples----dry wall, crayons, plastic, cat poop. Is there a medical reason for this or is she just a nibbler? She has a lot of attention, eats her dry old roy kibbles and bits dog food, has plenty of doggie toys. Is there anything I need to be giving here? Is there a medical problem? Is this a behavior problem?
