Hind leg issues from spider bite.

My dog is having noticeable problems with her hind legs and jumping and is currently being treated with antibiotics for spider bite. These quarter size lesions appeared on her back, and the vet says it was from spider bite, and if not treated aggressively, it could/would cause gang green in all of her legs. I sure hope we caught it in time. It's been two days since her shot of antibiotics and is on daily pills, and she does show small signs of improvement, first time in a month. Time will only tell if she recovers her normal hind leg usage.
