My cat has suddenly starting drinking 5 to 10 times more water then he normally does. Should I be concerned?

Hi John,

When cats start drinking a lot of water, one of the things I'm concerned about is diabetes. Drinking a lot of water and urinating a lot are potential signs of diabetes. I would have your vet examine the cat.

Good afternoon, I have a question in regards to our 2 female cats whom continue to mark their territory in our home. I've done everything that has been recommended and 2 years + and I'm ready to take them to the vets for adoption. I've done the sprays/they've been neutered and actually became more territorial. I have baby gates in the family room and bedrooms and bathroom area and they literally pee and spray all baby gates. As we speak I've placed them on the back porch so I can bleach and move furniture/curtains/piano/window sills,etc... you name it they mark it. air ducts cleaned and clothing in rooms sealed in closets to avoid odor. I'm an executive and literally hurry to shower in the am / and put makeup on and suit jacket and pants on in the car to avoid any possible odors following me.I literally feel like a prisoner in my "HAVEN" and freshness is a battle. I'm trying to be so patient and letting them know who's home this is. NOT working. One of the cats is having a meow attack at the glass door now because she see's me cleaning her markings and she's staring me down its ridiculous. I closed the drapes. ANY SUGGESTIONS or have I used all given to me already??? Computer monitor replaced because they sprayed monitor and ruined it.

Anna and Elsa. My daughter rescued twin sisters prior to leaving to attend college and my daughter is so patient and KNOWN AS the young CAT LADY and she is over it. So you know its bad.
ANY SUGGESTIONS or have I used all given to me already???
