Dog gestation lenght and signs of pregnancy

my was in heat in the begining of march she has a swollen vulva and bloody discharge. Now we are in may and her vulva is still swollen, can this mean that she is pregnant???

The normal gestation for dogs depending on breed is about 2 months. If your dog is pregnant and is almost full term the abdomen should be visibly swollen and mammary glands swollen. If you don't see this then she likely did not get pregnant of the March breeding.
