Dog Got Its Head Caught in Front Door Very Lethergic

Our dog, a jack russell/Pomeranian, cross got her head banged quite hard in the front door,we where closing it she was trying to come out,she has some redness and swelling in her right eye but both are watering6 hours later-her eyes water some anywayshe has some swelling on her right side mostly and is very lethargic,no cheese treats or doorbells can get her up,she try's to bark but stops halfway through,also some twitching in her right rear paw/leg,can we apply ice to her head-neck and what about Tylenol or something like it?she is quite small,pom size not jack,thank you,Elly.
