Dog Runs over Owner with Truckby Dr. Chris
Ford F-150
June 24, 2010 On Monday this week, Christopher Bishop, age 43, of Florida, decided to check his Ford F150 pickup truck for a possible oil leak. But when Mr. Bishop crawled under the truck to check the engine, he left the driver's door open. This was when his bulldog, named Tassey, decided to jump inside the truck. When the dog did this, he accidentally put the pickup truck in gear and the truck rolled over Christopher Bishop's body. Amazingly, he did not have any serious injuries, and was able to actually get up and stop the truck before it traveled any further. Afterwards he went to Pasco Regional Hospital but none of his injuries were life-threatening. As valuable lesson for everybody out there, if you're going to check your pickup truck's oil, make sure you shut the doors.
