Dog with no Bowel Movement and Stomach Enlarging

I am really concerned as my dog has not had a bowel movement in a while and his stomach has enlarged quite a bit.

my dog had the same thing when i took her to the vet they cut her open and said she had a lump that might be canser they told me not to wake her because she would not live long but i had them wake her they had the lump looked at and said it was a foxtial that she had swallowed. it has now been almost three yearsi would hurry and take your dog to the vet before its to late
