Dog with possible facial abscess

my dog recently developed a weird thing on her face its a little bigger than a quater but theres no skin and no hair its all pussed like it looks really nasty it looks kinda infected what do you think it could be?

If there is pus coming from it then it sounds like an abscess and with the inflammation this kind of confirms it. But the cause of this abscess could be many different things, and could be a sign of more serious problems.

Until your vet an examine it, keep it cleaned with warm soap and water, and don't let your dog scratch it. It is best to have the abscess drained soon by your vet.
