Dog's Eye Stuck Up Near the Back of His Head

My dog's eye after we came back from outside was messed up it was stuck up near the back of his head it looks o.k. now i was just wondering it thats how they get something out of their eye so please answer thankyou

Possible Reason for Dog With Stuck Eye

I have seen dog's that have what appears to be a stuck eye when their eyes are dry, maybe even due to allergies.

If it was something stuck in the dog's eye, I would expect the dog blink a lot and not have their eye rolled back.
