English Staffy With Pimple Like Growth About 1 cm On Stomach

my 2 year old English Staffy had a pimple like growth about 1 cm on her stomach... i have push it and also squeezed it a little ... it does not hurt or bother her but it seems to be getting bigger

It could be a wart. The vet can fix it. Have it checked, warts spread, the virus is in the dirt. I just saw my dog has one on his foot, and he acts sore to walk on it. He had one before too.
