German Sheperd puppy hiccups and regurgiation

My 6 week old pup will eat, start with hiccups then will regurgitate a little of the food she ate "mostly whole chunks", then she will be fine is there possibly some thing wrong. She was vet checked and they did not find any thing on exam.

Having a vet exam done was a good idea. I have seen these symptoms in puppies with congential abnormalites of the esophagus. I wonder how long this puppy has been doing this and if she is normal size? That could lead to a better idea of what is wrong.
