How to Nurse Sick Puppy Back To Health, Its Lethargic and Skinny?

I found a dog and I would like to nurse the back to health if possible. The pup looks to be about 12wks old and is very lethargic and skinny. I have it in a cage in my home. All he has been doing is lying down very lifeless. Not eating much about 1/2 oz of food and not drinking any water. I am a single mom with a tight budget but I wanted to know somethings that I could do to revive the dog myself and eliminate a vet bill if possible.

My poor dog Bella's not her fun loving salf today :(

PLEASE HELP, I have just adopted a six year old Pomchi, Bella. We had lots of information of her previous owners about her likes and dislikes. Her diet thus for is Caesar because I was told she loves it, she eats a small portions twice a day.
I also give her cooked chicken just a few pieces as a treat. Two days ago I cooked a turkey and gave her a small amount, the next day I noticed she was sleeping more and had very lose stool movements but I never connected it to the turkey and gave it her it again the next day. I now feel so bad because she is not at all feeling herself today, I call her to go outside but she's not interested so I have to pick her up and take her outside to do her toilet. She is very lethargic and throw up full chunks of the turkey through the night, and today she's got very lose, watery stool. She game to live with me two weeks ago and from the first day she never really drinks much water witch worries me, should I be worried?) Today i'm holding her water blow in my hand and dipping my fingers in and Bella is licking the water of my fingers because I don't want her to get dehydrated. My question is do I avoid feeding her today and just make sure she's drinking plenty of water? Could you please give me some advice I'm so worried Bella will get very sick. Thank you for your time

I dont know because I can not see the dog but I would give the dog some nutri - cal it comes in a paste and can be give it water in a syringe and given on the end of your fingers also every hour give water put syringe in the dogs cheeks or mouth to give it a drink and keep hygerated.just keep doing this or take the dog to the spca and they will help you if you can not pay vet thanks i hope this helps
