John Travolta's Dogs Killed at Airportby Dr. Chris May 21, 2010 Two small dogs, owned by John Travolta, were killed in an accident at Maine's Bangor International Airport last week. According to reports, the Travolta's landed at the airport around 1am on the 13th. While he was refueling his plane, an assistant was walking their dogs from the tarmac to an area of grass. As they were crossing the tarmac, the dogs were struck by a Ford service truck at the airport. It was dark and apparently the driver failed to see the dogs. Both of the dogs were on leashes when they were hit and killed. The person walking the dogs was not injured. John apparently was angry when he heard the news and yelled at airport employees, but then he burst into tears. John Travolta and Kellly Preston lost their 16 year old son Jett in January 2009. This month the couple also announced that Kelly Preston was pregnant. To read more blog posts go here: Veterinary Blog To sign up for my newsletter go here: Veterinary Newsletter
