last resort fleas for Florida (or anywhere)

Just found out about a product named Capstar--it's a pill that you can either administer by mouth or crumble in a mortar and pestle and add to really stinky sardines--kills adult fleas pretty instantaneously--then you can administer Program--another flavored tablet that kills the eggs. I tend a small group of ferals that don't allow me to touch them (no Advantage in other words) and this is an answer for kitties who won't let you touch them.
