Man Kills Neighbor After Dog Urinated on Lawnby Dr. Chris May 16, 2010 If your neighbor's dog urinated on your lawn, would it upset you? Well in Chicago, Illinois last weekend, a man killed his neighbor after he saw the neighbor's dog urinating on his lawn. According to ABC News, Charles Clements, a former marine, allegedly shot Joshua Funches in the abdomen because he let his fox terrier urinate on Clement's lawn. Charles Clement, age 69, was known to have an immaculate yard and had even won some beautification contests for it. In fact, some of his neighbors describe him as "obsessed" with his lawn. He even had a sign on his mailbox warning letter carriers not to walk on the lawn. Joshua Funches, 23, was found later by police in a vacant parking lot. The police have arrested Clement who is being held on a $3 million bond. The police say that that after the dog urinated on the lawn, the two men had some words which escalated the incident. According to the victim's mother, Clements followed her son home and shot him. Police found a .45 caliber handgun from Clement's home.
