Mini Pin mix with puppies is weak

i have a female mini pin mix. she had 7 puppies about 2 weeks ago. She seems to have a fever and trembling. has some problems with balance. want to fall forward on her nose.

You shouldn't even have taken the time to write this, get in the car and rush the dog to the vet.
