My dog is suffering from abscessed lymph nodes is on Clavamox, Baytril, and Terramycin

My dog is suffering from abscessed lymph nodes which manifested over a two week period. The submandibular lymph node area first became swollen and then effectively "burst", and both are now open and draining. She is also suffering from swelling around the eyes and of the eyelids. Our veterinarian has her on oral Clavamox and Baytril as well as topical Terramycin and Vetropolycin HC, but she had been on these medicines for a week before the second lymph node ever swelled and burst open. What is wrong with my dog?
