My Dog Keeps Peeing - Is is a Bladder Infection?

I got home today and my dog peed in his sleep, and woke up and peed again. then he walked five steps peed again, and like six more times, every five minutes. The last four times it was only a little bit , does he have a bladder infection ?

my dog just stands in the yard straining to urinate then comes inside and just. starts peeing uncontrollably
