	Need Aircast for Dachshund Dog who Injured Right Front Leg by Crystal Schimmel My 9 year old female Dachshund has injured her right front leg. I have felt it for breaks and she doesn't squeal. She can put minimal weight on it and is as sad as can be. She injured her leg slipping up the stairs. Xrays and such are outrageous and so I was hoping to bandage her leg cast-like and keep her immobilized for a couple of weeks. I am hoping it is a sprain. Is there an air cast or something that I could look into and what would the best anti-inflamatory or pain reliever be for her that I might be able to locate without a vet visit. Of course if none of this is an alternative then I will bite the bullet and make an appointment but I thought I would explore my options. Click here to post comments.
