Pet Owners Sue Petland Over Selling Them Sick Puppies

MARCH 21, 2009 Many pet owners across the nation are suing the chain called Petland in Federal Court. They believe that Petland sold them pets that had medical and behavioral problems.

The lawsuit was just filed this week against Petland, the Hunte Corp, and other supplies.

It says that the company mislead thousands of owners into believing sick puppies came from the finest breeders. But they really cam from puppy mills and brokers. Petland denies these claims.

Puppy mills are high volume breeding kennels where sometimes crowded conditions leads to poor hygiene.

One word of caution though, the Human Society of the United States is involved in this lawsuit so take it with a big grain of salt.

The HSUS have been know before to manipulate things to push their agenda of extreme animal rights. They have even been kicked out of several international meetings because of this.

Remember the HSUS does not run any humane shelters. It associates itself with terrorists and uses misleading literature to get donations from old ladies.

Whether Petland did this or not is left up to the Judge for now.

DO NOT CONFUSE HSUS WITH YOUR LOCAL HUMAN SOCIETY THEY ARE VERY DIFFERENT.
