Poll: Are You Cutting Back On Your Pet Expenses?

February 16, 2009 I just read an article on how many pet owners are cutting back on their pet expenses. This might show up in the form of buying cheaper food or in reduced veterinary visits.

In a recent survey it said possibly up to 25% of pet owners did or are considering skipping routine veterinary visits in order to save money.

Because the economy is so bad people are cutting back expenditures on almost everything.

In one recent blog post I wrote about how people are abandoning their pets at an unheard of rate and how some people simply leave pets in their foreclosed homes and leave.
