My Pomchi is throwing up yellow bile and has a small amount of blood in her stool. What could cause this?

Amoebic Dysentery

This can mostly be Amoebic dysentary which can be fatal in dogs....This is infectious and can be transmitted through faeces..Isolate dogs infected from other dogs....No preventive medicine found so far.
