September 19, 2010 Puggy, who is a Pekingese dog has just set the world's record for having the longest tongue. At 4.5 inches long, and no other dog can come close to tying him. Puggy was once abandoned because of his appearance. But he went from being a stray to a star.
His owner says he does just fine. About the only thing she does differently is to cut his food into smaller pieces.
